Maintenance Grounds Keeper / Assistant Manager
Full Time/Part Time Maintenance /Groundskeeper for self storage facility/ 32 Hours a Week Day Shift

Our company is seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual with great customer service, organizational and maintenance skills.
Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:

• Customer Service / Provide help with rentals / Payments

•Property and facility upkeep including grounds keeping and housekeeping
•Keep empty storage spaces clean and ready to rent.
Apartment, hotel or storage experience helpful but not necessary.
Pre-employment background check will be conducted.
Must have a valid Driver License.
