Digital Product Owner (Associated Director) Incentive Compensation (IC) works in a worldwide team accountable for the definition, design, evolution, delivery, and ongoing operation of the products and services supporting field colleagues related to commercial and scientific activities. Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for digital incentive compensation tools, ensuring they align with business goals and enhance employee motivation and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, sales, finance, and IT teams, to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize features for the incentive compensation platform. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions for incentive compensation, ensuring they are user-friendly, scalable, and compliant with company policies and regulations. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of incentive compensation programs through data analytics and user feedback, making adjustments to optimize performance and address any issues. Conduct regular training and provide support to end-users, ensuring they understand and effectively utilize the digital tools and features related to incentive compensation.
