Job Description & Requirements

• Pay: $120 Hr.
• ASAP – 3-6 Months, with good possibility of extension – Providers must have flexibility in schedule.
• Shift: 3 - 12 hour shifts weekly 9a-9:30p with alternating weekends
• Average 3 patients per hour. 20 Minute appointments for Urgent Care. Providers must be comfortable with Fast Track’s as well as they have them onsite and are 10-minute appointments. See’s 275 patients per day
• No Call
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing Timeframe: 12 Weeks from time application submitted
• Urgent Care – must be comfortable with triaging higher acuity patients, as needed.

Requirements:
• Active unrestricted CA License
• Active BLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year ER experience in past 3 years due to higher acuity patients.
• Board Certified
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
