Job Description
Title: Sales Coordinator
Client: Dumont Printing
Location: Fresno, CA (in-person)
Dumont Printing (https://dumontprinting.com/) has been a central valley leader in full-service commercial printing for over seventy years. We provide graphic design, printing, variable data, finishing and mailing services, as well as signage, specialty advertising, and apparel. Other services include fulfillment, acrylic shields and barriers. We’re hiring a dynamic team-player to join our team as a Sales Coordinator.
What we offer:
- Salary of $60,000

What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the connection between our sales team and the back-office team (estimating, order entry, and production scheduling)
- Contact clients to obtain order details and input it into the ERP system
- Put in requests for estimates based on client specifications
- Place orders for customers, follow up on jobs by collecting info from production, moving orders through stages, tracking timelines, and updating job statuses
- Provide timely communication and customer service to clients and sales team
- Assist with other office functions, such as marketing efforts
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Strong communication skills, including being able to talk with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person
- Customer service skills and experience
- Must be a critical thinker
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills to follow up on tasks as appropriate
- Must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously
- Ability to multitask
- Desire to learn and not afraid to ask questions
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Experience in the print industry is preferred, but not required
