We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Data Analyst to join our team on a contingent resource assignment. In this role, you will serve as an expert consultant, contributing to the development and implementation of initiatives addressing highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. Your responsibilities will include strategizing and resolving unique challenges, providing innovative solutions through advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and offering expertise to senior leadership on innovative business solutions within the regulatory reporting domain. You will engage strategically with client personnel to ensure alignment and success in meeting regulatory obligations.

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with regulatory reports such as Basel III, Y14Q, 2052a, BSA/AML, etc., including familiarity with regulatory guidelines and reporting instructions.
• Ability to effectively map regulatory reporting requirements to physical elements within systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Experience in managing defects through the entire lifecycle of defect management, including identification, tracking, resolution, and validation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across departments and functions.
• Genuine enthusiasm for leveraging data to drive compliance initiatives and mitigate risk within a regulatory reporting context.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience in Commercial Banking Lending (CBL) supply chain processes and operations.
• Extensive experience with Y14 reporting instructions, particularly in-depth knowledge of Schedule H requirements.
• Practical experience in setting up and configuring Alteryx environments as a data analyst, including proficiency in utilizing Alteryx tools for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to effectively test and cleanse reporting data, drawing upon experience in roles such as auditor or regulator where meticulous attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.
