Job Description:
Implementation & support experience on SF EC & Time Off with client facing roles.
Should have Strong understanding of Success Factors Admin which includes Data models, Picklist management, Reporting Events, Workflows, Propagation functionality, Time Off, Accruals etc.
Hands-on Data Model XML.
Configuration of Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Configuring Employee Files and RBP settings.
Creating Workflow Derivation Rules and Setting up approval workflows.
Managing permission roles for Employee Central and Configured HRIS Sync.
Standard event transactions with workflow support - Hire, Rehire, Terminate, Absence, Terminate, Transfer, Promotion, Demotion, Probation, Job Change, Data Change, Job Reclassification, Pay Rate Change, Position Change, Return to Work).
Holiday calendar, Work schedule, Time types, Time account types, Time accounts and business Rules
Should have implemented TIME OFF Rules like Proration, Carry forward.
Knowledge of Onboarding 2.0, Offboarding & Cross boarding
Exposure on ORD/Advance Reporting/People Analytics
