Job Details Job Location 76 2602 VICTORY PARKWAY - CINCINNATI, OH Position Type Full Time Salary Range $52,000.00 - $68,000.00 Salary Job Shift 1st shift Description Position Description: Supervises and oversees the clinical delivery of services of licensed and unlicensed staff in accordance with best practice, licensing, accreditation, and agency standards.
Provides clinical oversight through both formal supervision and informal communication
Use approved evidence-based models to drive program development, implementation, fidelity and outcomes
Perform case reviews, chart audits and ensure quality clinical documentation in accordance with clinical, contractual, regulatory and agency requirements
Prevent and mitigate risk using crisis intervention skills
Follow protocols in responding to, reporting, and resolving risk-related incidents
Assure compliance with audits and agency Continuous Quality improvement initiatives
Monitor key indicators that impact financial outcome
Support program standards and collaborate with agency staff to improve program functioning
Work with Associate Director and others on clinical and programmatic initiatives
Assist in hiring, onboarding and ongoing evaluation of staff performance
Provide licensure supervision to designated staff seeking independent licensure as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based models in treatment of youth
Skill in providing supervision and coaching to staff
Ability to foster positive working relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to maintain an effective workflow, multi-task and effectively delegate tasks
Ability to navigate personnel issues and resolve conflict in an open, effective and timely manner
Skill in fostering teamwork and a positive work environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
Ability to maintain and ensure appropriate boundaries with staff and clients
Extremely strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively use an Electronic Health Record
Job Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Sciences or applicable field
Independent clinical license (LISW, LPCC, IMFT) in Ohio with supervisory (S) designation within six months of hire
Preferred supervisory or leadership experience
Preferred direct clinical experience working with youth
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
