Job Title: Electronics Technician

Location: Orlando, FL

Our client is a leading Electronics Manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality electronic components for various industries. With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, they are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic components and systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Perform soldering and rework tasks on surface-mount and through-hole components.
• Conduct functional testing and inspection of electronic products using specialized equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes, including any modifications or repairs.
• Assist in the development and documentation of assembly procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent in Electronics Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in electronics assembly and testing within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong soldering skills and familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices.
• Knowledge of electronic components, circuitry, and test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IPC-A-610 or equivalent certification in electronics assembly.
• Experience with automated test equipment and production software.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
