M Squared Management is marketing, staffing and production agency looking to hire Retail Sales Associates for a 8 week high-end, luxury Pop-up shopping experience coming to the Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach/Destin, FL area (northern Florida) the end of May.

***Responsibilities***

- Represent overall shopping brand while being the face of each of the individual luxury brands incorporated within the retail Pop Up experience space.

- Greet and welcome all consumers and returning clientele, while catering to their individual shopping needs.

- Be the face and point person for handling any and all closing/completion of sales through onsite POS systems.

- Emerge oneself in all of the activating brands information while selling and promoting products and/or scheduled LIVE shopping and experiential events onsite.

- Create a positive and memorable pop-up, retail experience for and/all customers and clientele.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, shoppers, returning clientele and bevy of invited social media influencers.

***Qualifications***

- High-end, luxury retail experience is a PLUS but not a prerequisite.

- Retail & proven experience in brand representation.

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills with strong knowledge of high end sales principles and strategies.

- Openness to absorb and being taught brand and sales information at a high volume while exuding the ability to regurgitate learned practices.

- Ability to effectively market and stigmatize a brand to target audiences

- Ability to work independently but also as a good team player to achieve overall brand goals.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with consumers.

- Flexible schedule and availability to accommodate weekly 3-4 weekly shifts as needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
