Public Safety Specialist (Communication)

System One is currently seeking a Public Safety Specialist (Communication) on a 3 year contract position located in Birmingham, AL.

Specialist Responsibilities:

• This individual will support the Public Safety Awareness department.

• Duties include coordinating schedules for safety programs and events, logging customer surveys, assisting with mailers, monitoring communication tools (Outlook, phone, and online), attending and assisting with vendor events, creating and maintaining dashboard reports, invoice processing, assisting with training and logistics.

Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Team player

• Analytical skills

• Time management skills

• Customer service skills

Duration: 3 years

Location: Birmingham, AL

Pay Rate: $20-22/hr
