Responsibilities:

• Face-to-Face Client Interaction (Buying, Selling, Appraising, etc.)
• Phone Client Interaction (Scheduling, Appraising, etc.)
• Handling POS transactions (Cash, Card, Returns, etc.)
• Handling Fine Metals and Jewelry
• Learning Valuation and Appraisal Techniques (experience is a plus - on-the-job training provided!)
• Inventory Management (Organizing, Spreadsheet Tracker, etc.)
• Organizing and Cleaning
• Direct Communication w/Supervisor
• Attending In-Store Meetings with Clients (Note Taking, etc.)

Qualifications:

• 1-2 Years Front Facing Customer Service (Retail preferred, all experience welcome!)
• 1 Year Administrative Experience (Email, Inventory, Spreadsheets, etc.)
• Excel preferred
• High School or GED Equivalent Education
• Clean Background Check - MUST be Bondable
• Verifiable Employment
• Interest in Bullion, History, and Collectibles (huge plus!)
• (Preferred, Not Required) Bilingual, English and Spanish
• Strong Communication/Sales Skills

Availability:

• Flexible scheduling - hours of operation M-F 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, S 10:00 AM - 3 PM
• 3 Days a Week, 8 Hour Shifts
• 1-2 Weekend Days available a month

Pay and Salary:

• Hourly Range (Experience Factored) - $15 - $25/hourly
• Base Hourly Rate Bonuses
