Project Engineering Management, Staff Engineer
A project engineering manager that supports engineering teams focused on the silicon validation of high speed SerDes IP.
Responsibilities:

• Overall project tracking for various test, hardware, and software deliverables for high speed SerDes IP testchips
• Represent team in stakeholder meetings, identifying and tracking team commitments and milestones
• Identify needed resources to achieve timely deliverables; identifies and escalates issues
• Communicate with external vendors for pricing, scheduling, and shipment
• Inventory management
• Hardware order tracking and fulfillment with internal and external customers
• Complete new vendor evaluation processes
• Manage software licensing flow and process

Requirements:

• B.S./M.S. Electrical/Computer Engineering
• 5 years of experience in post silicon validation
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Project management experience
• Proficient with MS Teams, Zoom, Sharepoint, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Kanban
• Familiar with hardware development processes and flows
• Familiar with industry standards for ESD and reliability
• Familiar with software development methodologies

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $112,000 - $168,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
