SUMMARY/SCOPE:

The Writing Center tutor provides individual supportto students in the writing process. The tutor will offer support and guidanceto students through the writing process, which includes brainstorming, drafting,revising, and editing. Tutoring is a“student-centered” activity, so the emphasis and content of each tutoringsession is determined by the student’s needs.
