Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Vice President of Influencer Marketing to lead our influencer marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness and engagement. The Senior Vice President will be responsible for developing and executing innovative influencer marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, increase audience reach, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.
• Lead the identification, recruitment, and management of influencer partnerships across various social media platforms and channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, celebrities, and industry leaders to amplify brand messaging and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Public Relations, and Product Development, to integrate influencer marketing campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and digital marketing trends.
• Strong network of relationships with influencers, celebrities, and industry leaders across various verticals.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
