If you have formal training or a background in caregiving, we welcome your experience. Many of our employees have come to us after providing care for their own family members. If you lack formal training, SYNERGY HomeCare will train you – and we will pay you for the training!

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ daily needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Driver's License Required
