Synergy HomeCare of Palm Bay is looking for experienced, compassionate CNAs for weekdays in the : Cape Canaveral and Merritt Island areas to join our SYNERGY HomeCare family.

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including personal care and companionship
• Assist client with ADL's, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Qualifications & Requirements
• HHA Certificate or CNA License
• Current FIRST AID & CPR certification
• Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
• Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse
• Reliable transportation / Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with ALZ / DEM Memory care a plus!
