Job Summary:
Preferred Care at Home of Northwest New Jersey is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our team in providing exceptional in-home care services to our male client in the Dover, New Jersey area. As a CHHA, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with their daily living activities and providing personal care in a safe and professional manner. Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly wage range of $17 to $20, paid biweekly

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help with ambulation and mobility around the house
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and changing bed linens
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
• Follow infection control policies and procedure
Requirements:
• Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably home health care
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients and their families
