Job Responsibilities Field Maintenance for High-Purity water systems, Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with system purity and efficiency- Assist Installation team with new system startup when needed- Collaborate closely with service management and engineering teams to identify and resolve system or component problems.
- Provide timely support to customers and maintain effective communication with customers about best continuous maintenance practices for long term system performance-Regular "on-call" rotation assignments.
- over 50% local travel requirement, with 6 overnight stays per 30 days.Job Requirements - -Around 3 years of experience in customer facing maintenance service and repair role-Experience with electro-mechanical systems-Understand Instrumentation and Controls -Computer Literacy (Word, Excel)-Excellent Customer Service Skills, Ability to handle pressure of multiple ongoing projects-Strength to lift 100 pounds
