Job Details
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee all stages of project life cycles, including conception, design, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including cost estimates, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and expectations.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may affect project delivery.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management -Wastewater, Treatment Plant, Industrial, or Similar Experience Required.
• Proven experience in treatment plant project management is a must.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
