```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients Hospitals, nursing homes or health care facilities.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
```Requirements```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare sales or account management role for home health or hospice, home care.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and motivate a sales team
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing sales activities and tracking performance.

Pay: $54,488.12 - $65,620.10 per year
