We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HPC (High Performance Computing) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) Presales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Presales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by providing technical expertise, solutions architecture, and strategic guidance to our clients in the HPC and AI domain. Responsibilities

• Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on HPC and AI technologies, architectures, and best practices. Assist clients in understanding the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand business objectives and technical requirements. Design innovative, high-performance HPC and AI solutions that address these needs, leveraging a deep understanding of hardware, software, networking, and storage technologies.
• Presales Support: Lead technical discussions, demonstrations, and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, whitepapers, and technical documentation that effectively communicate the proposed architectures and benefits.
• Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Develop and execute PoCs to showcase the capabilities and performance of our solutions in real-world scenarios. Work closely with customers to configure, deploy, and optimize HPC and AI workloads on their infrastructure.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to align technical solutions with business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings. Share insights and knowledge with internal teams to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations, including IT professionals, researchers, data scientists, and executives. Understand their pain points, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions that deliver maximum value and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in HPC, AI, or relevant technologies are a plus.
• Proven experience (5 years) in a presales engineering role, with a focus on HPC and AI solutions. Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Deep understanding of HPC architectures, including CPU, GPU, FPGA, and other accelerator technologies. Proficiency in parallel programming frameworks (e.g., MPI, OpenMP, CUDA) and optimization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of AI/Client/DL frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and experience deploying AI models at scale.
• Expertise in designing and deploying complex, high-performance computing environments, including cluster management, job scheduling, and storage solutions (e.g., Lustre, GPFS).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of successfully leading technical discussions, PoC development, and solution design engagements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Desired Skills/Expertise

• Experience designing and/or implementing OEM HPC/AI solutions from Dell, HPE, and Nvidia
• Experience designing high performance storage for HPC/AI solutions
• Experience with OEM AI tool suites (e.g. Nvidia AI Enterprise, HPE MLDM/MLDE)
• Expertise with AI related services in AWS, Azure, and GCP
