- someone with 3-5 years of procurement experience as a generalist with the ability to gather requirements and procurement strategy with solid communication skills and:
- Well versed 2 years working with RFx tools specifically with ScanMarket
- Proficient in data analytics and report writing tools against NetSuite
- Proficient in presentation creation with PowerPoint, Visio and/or Lucid charts
- In-depth expertise with NetSuite, including proficiency in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches, and reports.
- Familiar with NetSuite dashboard; can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs.
- Experience with intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reporting.
- Familiarity with NetSuite ARM module
- Strong working knowledge of administration and integration with Avalara, Concur, Mavenlink, Salesforce, Unanet, UKG Ultipro, etc
- Ability to support data import and migration processes.
- Workflow experience required; must be able to create and troubleshoot system routing rules.
- Ability to create, maintain and troubleshoot custom scripts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,899.96 - $70,000.00 per year
