**Job Description**

**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsible for the coordination of receiving, staging, picking, packing, and shipping of company directed products into and out of the Salt Lake City, UT Finished Goods Warehouse to ensure that maximum service is delivered to all customers. Integral part of the job is marshalling resources under the direction of the warehouse supervisor/manager to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

* Perform and provide oversight for safe and efficient unloading, staging, receiving, picking, packing, and staging of products from the RW Warehouse to meet the delivery expectations of our customers.

* Assist in the management of the Finished Goods inventory control including but not limited to weekly cycle counting and year-end inventory.

* Work with Warehouse Supervisor and others to ensure customer and shipping requirements and expectations are met.

* Ensure effectiveness of the Warehouse staff through effective communications, coordination of resources, training, monitoring/reporting performance and role modeling RWSC values.

**OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Maintain quality service by establishing, following, and enforcing organization quality system standards.

* Complete other duties as assigned.

* Continue to develop technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, classes or programs.

* Conduct self according to RWSC policies/Handbook.

**Qualifications**

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**

* 2-5 years of experience working in a warehouse environment

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Computer savvy

**ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS**

* Previous supervisory/leadership experience

* Post-secondary education in business, supply chain management or related field.

* Warehouse management systems experience

* Strong communication and collaboration skills

* Drive for results

**REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES OR REGISTRATIONS**

* Fork-lift certification
