The Position
Phillips and Associates seeks an attorney with federal court experience to litigate labor & employment, and sexual abuse cases. This position is a managerial position that would take the lead on cases and foster the firm’s efforts.

We are currently representing victims of sexual abuse and discrimination in New York , Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. We have over thirty attorneys who are adept to handle high profile sexual harassment cases as well as all types of sexual assault, discrimination and wage & hour cases,

Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time exempt position with competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills. Benefits include health, vision and dental, and an employer matching retirement contribution. Compensation 100k - 200k with commission and bonus eligibility.
