BFT programming is designed to stress every energy system, train every muscle fiber type and work through different planes of movement. BFT is a science-backed program that elite athletes use, made accessible to the general population. BFT coaches motivate, guide, train, build, and invest in each member’s journey.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-designed sessions/workouts to groups of up to 36 clients
• Energize and motivate clients throughout the class
• Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
• Teach proper techniques to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations including, but not limited to Fundamentals training or any other required continuing education
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Set up equipment and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients
• Coach classes and keep subbing to a minimum
• Maintain a strong social media presence to increase class following

Qualifications:

• Must have a 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized PT certification
• Coaching experience preferred
• Love of boutique fitness is a must – passion for strength training is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create a high-energy, positive environment that welcomes all people
• Fantastic communication that exudes energy AND empathy
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
• Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to train with BFT
• Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
