Position OverviewAs we continue to expand, we are looking for a competitive, high-energy Reengagement Specialist to sell our home décor products through Surya’s buyer-seller process within an assigned book that covers multiple states. Your focus will be on inactive, smaller to mid-size customers within the Inside Sales Department. Quarterly travel to markets for one-week intervals is required, up to four times a year.
Responsibilities
Position OverviewAs we continue to expand, we are looking for a competitive, high-energy Reengagement Specialist to sell our home décor products through Surya’s buyer-seller process within an assigned book that covers multiple states. Your focus will be on inactive, smaller to mid-size customers within the Inside Sales Department. Quarterly travel to markets for one-week intervals is required, up to four times a year.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in learning Surya’s buyer-seller process specific to reengagement, and gaining proficiency in coaching customers on our Key Value Propositions
- Achieve stated Key Performance Indicators specific to the reengagement role
- Maintain customer and sales activity data in Salesforce
- Resolve customer issues and manage/escalate concerns as appropriate
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of sales experience, or transferable experience in the field of Design or Retail
- Willingness to learn our buyer-seller process
- Resilience and an ability to overcome objections
- Passionate about home décor brands
- Proficient in MS Office suite; experience with Salesforce a plus
- Attend quarterly markets
- This position is full-time in-office
