Career Opportunity: Speech Language Pathologist
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a qualified licensed Speech Language Pathologist to help us with pediatric patients dealing with speech disorders, swallowing therapy, and hearing impairments that affect a patient's communicative ability.

Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
License from the State of Texas as a Speech Language Pathologist
Valid Texas Driver's License
Experience in the home care setting is preferred but not required.
Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Feeding therapy experience is preferred but not required.
Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:
Assessment of prior and current levels of functioning.
Setting appropriate goals.
Provides therapeutic treatments for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
with appropriate tests and measurements.
Provides services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of
care.
Making appropriate discharge recommendations in accordance with standards of practice.
