What this role IS:

• A freelance role where you only pick up the gigs’ you want to pick up – you make your schedule
• Since we specialize in special events, we’ve got more events and Brides than we can handle. We’re inviting a select few, talented freelancers to share the love.
• An opportunity to book more Brides, Weddings, and private events
• Our dedicated Event Planning Team will take care of all of the details – just show up and do what you do best
• You’ll have access to training - Web based and in-person training opportunities
• You’ll have access to support from our brand, locations and our people, along with product and tool discounts.

What this role is NOT:

• This is not an in-studio role with set hours
• This is not an hourly wage job. You earn with each event you accept.

• Current cosmetology, nail technician or esthetician license or as required by state/provincial regulations
• You’ll need to have consistent and reliable transportation to get to and from gigs

Physical Requirements: 

• Standing for sustained periods of time and frequently lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms as well as continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level
• Ability to observe guest’s hair, including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus
• Ability to communicate with guest regarding services offered and requested and the guest’s needs and wants
