As a Workday data analyst, your role revolves around analyzing data within the Workday system to derive insights that can inform decision-making and improve processes within an organization. Here's a breakdown of what your responsibilities might entail:

1. Data Analysis : You'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to various aspects of the organization's operations, such as HR, finance, payroll, and talent management. This could involve querying databases, creating reports, and using data visualization tools to present findings.
2. Reporting : You'll likely be tasked with generating regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. These reports may cover areas like employee turnover, workforce demographics, financial performance, and resource utilization.
3. Data Cleansing and Maintenance : Ensuring data accuracy and integrity is crucial. You'll need to clean and validate data to remove errors or inconsistencies, as well as maintain data quality standards to ensure reliable analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2 years of HR Operations experience
• Proficiency in Workday or similar HR cloud based platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, customer service and prioritization skills
