**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and teaching others the skills needed to become confident swimmers. **Responsibilities:** - Provide swim lessons to individuals or groups of varying ages and skill levels - Create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to each swimmer's abilities - Ensure the safety of all participants in and around the pool area - Teach proper swimming techniques, water safety, and rescue skills - Monitor swimmers' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement - Maintain a clean and organized pool environment **Requirements:** - Previous experience as a Swim Instructor or lifeguard is preferred - Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding - Strong swimming skills with the ability to teach various strokes and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to perform heavy lifting for pool maintenance tasks - Knowledge of pool cleaning and maintenance procedures is a plus - Experience in guest services is beneficial Join our team as a Swim Instructor and help individuals of all ages develop their swimming abilities in a safe and supportive environment.
