A&K UNIFORMS is looking for a Customer Service Rep who possess a positive and friendly attitude. Customer service skills and experience operating a cash register is a must. Must be outgoing and like working with people.

Job description entails (but is not limited to) :

-Greet and assist all customers: such as locating merchandise and suggesting other products.

-Develop a deep understanding of product knowledge and be able to communicate ket features and functions to customers, (Utilize proper selling behaviors)

-Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions. Including placing special orders; open and close, registers, performing tasks accurately such as counting and balancing cash drawers.

-Assist with store merchandising standards- stocking, basic store housekeeping, shipment intake, maintain recovery standards and fitting room upkeep.

-Develop and maintain knowledge of Point of Sale System. (POS)

-Promote loyalty with company; informing all clients about loyalty program benefits.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities: Participate and attend all store meetings. Participate in social media marketing and promotional posts/videos.
