Description:

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking to fill the full-time position of Commercial Loan Administration Manager in Dallas, TX . The Commercial Loan Administration Manager directs and manages the Commercial Loan Administration team to ensure the accuracy of commercial loan requests and closings, in accordance with loan policy. This position communicates with other bank department managers and officers to promote efficient workflows and establish positive work relationships across the organization.

• Assist in supporting commercial bankers as needed.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff. Support and provide resources on processes and procedures.
• Create staff work assignments, track staff productivity, and adjust as needed.
• Accomplish staff results by managing, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and evaluating the Commercial Loan Administration team to accomplish the department’s objectives.

Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and location

Education / Experience Preferred:

• 5 years of commercial loan documentation or commercial loan support experience in a banking environment.
• 3 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
