Controls Project Manager
Location: Fresno, CA Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 annually

This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage building automation system projects from start to finish. You will be the single point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, develop contracts, and secure new projects.
- Create project plans, schedules, and estimates.
- Oversee engineering, design, and construction phases of projects.
- Manage budgets, costs, and billing.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10 years of experience, or an associate's degree with equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading and motivating a team.
- Familiarity with construction practices and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard building automation system software a plus.
