Location: Fresno, CA Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 annually

This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage building automation system projects from start to finish. You will be the single point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, develop contracts, and secure new projects.

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10 years of experience, or an associate's degree with equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading and motivating a team.
  • Familiarity with construction practices and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard building automation system software a plus.
