Summit Retail Solutions is currently hiring Retail Customer Service Representatives!
We are looking for energetic, customer service-focused individuals with a passion for the retail industry. The person(s) for this position should be outgoing, self-motivated, reliable and enjoys working in a retail setting speaking with consumers.
Duties:
- Engage customers at our retail campaigns to drive sales through the register.
- Effectively promote products & services
- Assist Management team with event prep and closing.
- Maintain retail relationship.
- Comply with program and retailer-specific guidelines.
- Inventory management
- Display setup and breakdown
Requirements:
- Strong desire to work within the retail, sales, or marketing industry.
- One-year experience working in retail, customer service, sales, or similar field.
- Reliable transportation to travel up to 40 miles to our retail partners and transport sales promotional items, displays, signage.
- Ability to work full-time retail hours punctually and reliably (weekends are included).
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time in a retail store.
- Ability to lift/move 35 pounds or more.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Guaranteed hourly pay PLUS commission.
- Overtime available for top performers.
- Full Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and additional voluntary benefits like Life Insurance, Short-term/Long-term disability etc.
- 401K (Optional Enrollment)
