Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. You will create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Provide a variety of learning experiences to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate music, art, physical education, and other subjects
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational program
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments
Experience:
- Previous experience in early childhood education or preschool setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations for diverse learners
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively educate and engage young children
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
