Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop lesson plans, implement learning technology, and provide early intervention strategies to support student success.
Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Utilize learning technology to enhance instruction and engage students
- Provide early intervention strategies to support students with diverse learning needs
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development
- Collaborate with other teachers and education professionals to ensure student success
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback on student progress
- Offer individualized tutoring or additional support as needed
- Participate in education administration tasks such as parent-teacher conferences and staff meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification/license
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and educational best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Familiarity with special education programs and accommodations
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes
