Who We're Seeking:

We're searching for a Swim Instructor who's passionate about teaching swimming skills and water safety to all ages. Your role involves creating a safe, engaging environment. We currently offer levels 1-4 in private and group lessons for both Club Members and non-members. If you're eager to make a splash and share your love for water with swimmers of all ages, we'd be happy to have you join us as a Swim Instructor.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to at least be lifeguard certified. Extra points for holding CPR, lifeguard, WSI, or similar certifications.

• Showcase mastery of various swimming strokes and techniques.

• Adapt lessons to different ages and skill levels.

• Assess participants' swimming abilities and determine skill levels.

• Create engaging lesson plans that drive progress and foster a vibrant learning environment.

• Utilize your swimming prowess by demonstrating techniques and providing hands-on guidance.

• Keep meticulous records of participants' achievements and attendance, reporting to management.

• Growth mindset is a must have.

• Exhibit exceptional teaching skills and great people skills.

• Demonstrate stellar communication skills, ensuring everyone feels at ease.

• Display reliability and independent work capability while contributing to our cohesive team.

• Prior swim instruction experience is a plus, but not essential - we're here to nurture your growth within our team. We do ask that you are well versed with any material that will be taught to students.
