The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates for projects and presenting the estimates for review and bid. The candidate will be familiar with the advantages of our company to convey to potential customers and will have a professional and friendly personality to work with and verbalize the scope of the project to customers, technicians, architects, project managers, owners, etc.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with potential customers, analyzing the scope of projects, and preparing and submitting bids
• Collecting and analyzing information to accurately price out projects
• Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates
• Work with relevant people (both internally and externally) on projects

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
• Construction experience and/or relevant education
• Computer efficiency (Excel, Word, CAD)
