Our Manufacturing Engineer - Fabrication team is integral to the success of helping to support the hundreds of sheet metal fabricated parts we produce each day.This position will join a team of 29 engineers that are dedicated to this function.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to troubleshoot and Lead Root Cause analysis of equipment breakdowns. Liaison with internal maintenance and engineering and OEM service to expedite repairs and minimize downtime.
• Provide Manufacturing Engineering (Fabrication) leadership for production support and continuous improvement teams.
• Support specification, installation, and startup of new fabrication equipment.
• Ensure that quality levels and industry standards are maintained or improved in the manufacturing process.
• Program CNC Equipment
• Solicit feedback from both internal and external customers for process, quality, and safety improvements and lead or support implementation efforts.
