Role : Allegro Support Specialist

Job Description:

• Should have 10years of experience with Allegro ETRM as an application support analyst or technical business analyst.
• Understanding of Trading Operations.
• As an Allegro Support Specialist, you will be a key member of our team responsible for providing technical support and expertise for the Allegro energy trading and risk management (ETRM) platform.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Allegro system to meet our organization's trading and risk management needs.
• Should have experience on SLAS, KPIS for ticket resolution process is a plus.
