Program Manager Consulting at a Fortune 50 Company

Project Support and Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and developments.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and minutes from meetings, ensuring all project information is accurately captured and accessible.

Risk and Issue Tracking: Support the identification and tracking of project risks and issues, contributing to the development of mitigation and resolution strategies.

Resource and Schedule Management: Assist in the allocation of resources and the management of project schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and materials.

Quality Assurance Support: Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Client Engagement: Support senior project managers in client interactions, helping to understand client needs and ensuring client satisfaction with project outcomes.

Process Improvement Contribution: Participate in the evaluation of project management processes, suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with project team members, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting the development of team skills and capabilities.

Financial Tracking: Assist with project budget tracking, including monitoring expenditures and assisting in financial forecasting.

Change Management Assistance: Support change management activities, helping to ensure smooth implementation of changes and realization of project benefits.

Learning and Development: Actively pursue personal professional development opportunities, seeking to expand knowledge and skills in project management and consulting practices.

Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Assist in coordinating activities with vendors and contractors, ensuring their contributions align with project objectives.

Support for Business Development: Contribute to the preparation of proposals and support the exploration of new business opportunities as directed by senior management.

Management Consulting Experience (required).

Strong Client Management (required).

Strong Project and Program Status& Executive Management (required).

Effective Communication. (required).

4 years of experience with Program Project Management. (required).

4 years of experience with scope management ability to: Plan, develop, and execute end to end project management activities across delivery life cycle. (required).

3 years of experience as FTE or Consultant at Fortune 50 company. (preferred)

3 years of experience with Change Management. (preferred)

3 years of experience with Process Improvement. (preferred)

3 years of experience with Planning and Organizational skills. (preferred)

Physical Requirements: Frequently standing, walking, and sitting. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. Must be able to work at computer or desk area for extended periods of time.

Competitive Salary: Approximately $115,000 $155,000 annually, based on a $55-$75 per hour rate.
