OverviewA successful Property Clerk should have experience in landlord relations, leasing, and providing administrative support.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Inquiry Management:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls.
- Understand customers' inquiries.
- Research, respond, and/or forward inquiries to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Receive, log, sort, redirect, and scan a large volume of incoming mail and e-mail correspondence into Salesforce within one business day.
- Forward correspondence to the relevant teams promptly.
- Scan and upload various documents such as leases, amendments, renewal notices, landlord notification letters, and vendor changes.
- Organize and maintain essential correspondence.
- Onsite work required five days a week.
