What you get to do in this role:

• Develop re-usable, consistent, best in class dimensional data models to power use cases across the digital

• Write proficient SQL queries and Python code to stand up digital data models from raw data sources across multiple systems

• Identify any data integrity issues and deep dive to find root cause

• Enforce company data policies and procedures to ensure data quality and reduce discrepancies

• Build and scale digital data models to power dashboards and ad hoc analyses

• Implement and maintaining digital database structures and governance

• Develop/maintaining documentation on digital databases & tables

I

In order to be successful in this role:

• 7 years of core data analytics or engineering position with advanced experience in SQL and Snowflake/BigQuery

• Experience with AI/ML models

• Advanced scripting skills: R, Python, SQL, etc.

• Effective problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and report simultaneously across different stakeholders

• Structured thinking with ability to easily break down ambiguous problems and propose impactful data modeling designs

• Passion for analyzing large and complex data sets and converting them into the information which drive business decisions

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $116,600 - $203,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
