Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished Solutions Analyst to join our Digital Technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions to elevate our systems and processes.
• The preferred candidate will possess a robust foundation in IT systems, business and data analysis, and a profound understanding of manufacturing operations, including experience in B2B/B2C ecommerce, ERP, CRM, PIMS, MarTech, DataLake, and related technologies.
• ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Conduct system analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiencies for Digital Solutions in Manufacturing domain.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
• Design and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity, with a focus on B2B/B2C ecommerce, ERP, CRM, PIMS, MarTech, DataLake, etc.
• Knowledge and experience with Salesforce technologies will be a huge plus.
• Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
• Utilize business analysis techniques to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to elicit business needs.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, willing to explore and experiment with competing technologies, and recommend improvements and advancements.

• Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• 3 years proven experience as a Solutions/Systems Analyst, preferably in manufacturing and retail domains.
• Demonstrated experience in complex B2B/B2C ecommerce, ERP, CRM, PIMS, MarTech, DataLake, and related systems.
• Excel in understanding data structures and streamlined integrations between systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, scripting, and database technologies will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external (vendor and agency partner) teams.
• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies and processes.

Biggest Must Haves:

• Require demonstrated experience of actively engaging in Agile Scrum teams.
• MUST be skilled in JIRA/Confluence and skilled with creating user stories
• Someone with digital eCommerce B2B and B2C experience is a MUST
• Someone with CRM experience would be amazing, even more specifically, Salesforce
• CRM and MarTech (Marketing Technology) experiences will be huge plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
