POSITION

We're seeking flexible Manufacturing Associates to assist the Operations Management team with daily functions that will support many facets of the company. The Manufacturing Associate will perform a variety of tasks in support of production operations such as manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies the ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and willing to flex into a new role at any given moment. Cannabis Industry experience is a plus! This is an entry-level job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fills a variety of roles on the production line as needed.
• Sets up, operates, and maintains production equipment or machinery.
• Prepares, inspects, or measures raw materials.
• Checks components for compliance with tolerances or specifications; may perform finish work.
• Packages, stores, and ships completed goods.
• May provide training or guidance to new production workers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to pass a background check (to obtain Facility Agent Card)
• Performs work under general supervision.
• Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
• May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Technical expertise.
• Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines. Attentiveness.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.

EDUCATION

• High school diploma and equivalent work experience 1-2 years
