Responsibilities

• Processes in/out bound phone calls for Toyota, Nissan, and Kia stores
• Assist service advisor with preparing for customer arrival
• Confirm/Reminding guests of their appointments
• Maintain and update guests’ information
• Assist with scanning of parts and service documentation
• Sorting and filing paperwork
• Coordinate communication
• Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
• Log all activity in a CRM
• Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
