This position is responsible for the preparation of accruals, account reconciliations, and internal inventory reporting and analysis pertaining to the Joann.com Inventory processes. Additional responsibilities include development and execution of system testing within SAP and development of various ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support any Store Support Center (SSC) strategic initiatives.!!Monitors Joann.com average inventory - $5.2 million Monitors Joann.com cost of sales - $50.5 million Annual physical inventory count at cost - $3.9 million

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**

* Performs daily and weekly review and reporting pertaining to Joann.com Inventory Management activity. Investigates discrepancies and all unusual activity. Partners with Logistics, Inventory Management, Inventory Movement, Information Technology, Omni-Channel Solutions, Accounts Payable, Sales Audit, Asset Protection and Data Integrity as well as Joann.com fulfillment partner contacts for research and solutions. Performs follow-up as needed.

* Work with project teams for new Joann.com initiatives. Develop and execute business test plans and process implementation with various SSC departments within SAP. Research options and solutions for project scope. In addition, develop and update business processes within the SSC and with third party vendors. Test and support new Joann.com projects and product vendors as well as changes in existing Joann.com product vendor partnerships.

* Perform month-end and quarter-end journal entries, account reconciliations, reports and analysis for Joann.com inventory. Ensure month-end processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner: Joann.com Inventory Management.

* Assists in planning and coordinating tasks related to the Joann.com annual physical inventory as well as perpetual inventory accuracy process improvements. This includes scheduling and coordination as well as research and analysis for the physical inventory data.

* Participates in the identification, testing and implementation of process and system improvements relevant to Joann.com sales, returns and inventory movement processes.

* Act as back-up for designated Inventory Control positions to meet standard department requirements and project deadlines.

* Prepares and analyzes annual budgets for the following: Joann.com Shrink, Damages, Other Product Costs and Joann.com physical inventory travel expenses. Reviews actual versus planned quarterly expenses.

* Completes ad-hoc projects and analysis requests as necessary including, but not limited to, investigating and responding to Field or SSC teams. Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed.

**MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**

* Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree - Accounting / Finance

* Preferred Education: Masters in Business Administration, Accountancy or Finance. Strong background in Information Technology or Accounting Information Systems

* Minimum Experience: 0-2 yrs experience
