Steps was created to provide those persons suffering from drug addiction, alcoholism, with a compassionate and professional environment. We also provide a continuing treatment plan. Steps Recovery Center is proud of our ability to therapeutically integrate AA and NA 12 Steps into an individualized treatment program.

Steps Recovery Center is looking for an energetic Licensed Therapist to join our team. The Therapist would be responsible for counseling patients and/or families with alcohol and drug dependency. This position would work as a part of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare workers and performs individual and group counseling.

This position will carry a caseload of patients and assist them with their journey to recovery.

Requirements:

As a therapist, you will be expected to further develop the clinical curriculum. The treatment team will support you on this. Curriculum development could include AA or NA sponsored meetings and written work.
