Stephanie Swanson - State Farm Agency, located in Minneapolis, MN is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service for an established State Farm Agent. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right attitude and skill set!

We are looking for someone with a talent for customer care and an understanding of the motivations and needs of people. As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bilingual; fluent in both Spanish and English
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls.

• Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative; loves to talk.
