Overview

Stellar is seeking a Procurement Analyst to be responsible for handing all Purchase Orders, Service Orders, Professional Service Agreements, Subcontracts, Equipment Supplier Contracts and Fabricator Contracts for our Refrigeration division.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Orders, Professional Service Agreements, Service Orders, Subcontracts, Equipment Supplier Contracts and Fabrication Contracts
• Receive and review Requisition Request Forms for all necessary information and assist in determining the correct contract type based on scope of work
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery date, quantities, and prices are correct
• Collect all necessary supporting documents and prepare contracts
• Assist legal in reviewing requisition orders to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications
• Collect required contract documents and insurance from the Subcontractor/Vendor
• Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and supporting documentation
• Issue contracts to vendors
• Maintain procurement records – executed contracts, certificates of insurance, etc.
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations
• Collaborate with AP and Project Managers to reconcile purchase
• Research qualified vendors and advise Project Managers of submission status
• Perform strategic analysis and implement sourcing and supplier selection strategy
• Develop annual cost savings programs and implement strategies that directly affect financial results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ procurement experience or Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year experience
• Considerable knowledge of MS Office products
• Professional procurement certification preferred
• Experience with Oracle ERP Software preferred
